What Happens Next

  1. Simone reads it

    Usually the same afternoon. Requests arriving over a weekend are handled Tuesday morning, since the studio is shut on Sunday and Monday runs short.

  2. You get a straight reply

    Either a proposed time, or a note explaining that what you have described points somewhere other than a fitting station.

  3. The slot is held

    No card details are taken and nothing is charged until you are standing in the building. Twenty-four hours notice releases it at no cost.

Entirely reasonable, and faster. Calls landing mid-session go to voicemail and get returned in one block each afternoon.

And please skip the range beforehand. We want your ordinary warm-up, not your eightieth ball of the morning.

From late June through early September the whole week starts an hour earlier and afternoon stations close by two. That is not a service reduction; it is the only sensible way to run a bay in a valley that regularly clears a hundred and ten degrees.
